It was Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan who first turned television host to 'Bigg Boss Tamil 2' followed by Vishal, Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Prasanna, Shruti Haasan and others.  It is now the turn of the Kollywood's busiest hero Vijay Sethupathi to conduct a show that is going to premiere on Sun TV soon.

Usually, the reality shows hosted by celebrities banks heavily on dealing with problems and also exploits the emotional quotient.  But the Makkal Selvan is going to do a different show that only has positivity in it and recognizes the heroes in real life without dramatizing anything.  The team gushes that even in his super busy schedule handling more than half a dozen films Vijay Sethupathi allots time to discuss about the show and is very intent on reaching people through television and making a huge difference there.  Let's wait for this entirely new format show that's going on air soon and the official announcement coming in a few hours time.

The core of the show is to identify the hero from the common man and Vijay Sethupathi will play the friend of that hero.  An innovative show indeed,
