Recently Income Tax department had conducted raids on various people associated with the last year release Bigil, including the producers AGS Entertainment, actor Vijay and financier Anbu Chezhian who had reportedly financed the movie.

After the raids, it was said that the financier had evaded tax and had possessed unaccounted money amounting to more than 70 crores, and no money was recovered from actor Vijay. Following this, Vijay who was taken from the shoot of Master, returned to shoot and his selfie with fans turned viral.
