Earlier today IndiaGlitz had reported that director Thiagarajan Kumararaja has started shooting his new film with Vijay Sethupathi and Samantha in the lead roles.

Now a picture that has been leaked from the shooting spot not just confirms the commencement of the project but also brings us a flabbergasting update.

In the photo TK is seen explaining the shot to the film's lead actor Vijay Sethupathi who is dressed up in a saree....!!! Yes Vijay Sethupathi is spotted in a female get up wearing a brownish saree, long hair left loose and a bindhi on his fore head. Cinematographer PC Sreeram is also spotted in the picture.

We will have to wait for some more time to know whether the Makkal Selvan plays a complete female character in the film or a male in disguise of a female for some reason like Sivakarthikeyan did in his latest blockbuster 'Remo'.

But one thing for sure is that TK and VS are going to exceed all our expectations with this film and it will be a landmark like the director's debut film 'Aaranya Kandam'.
