One of the years most awaited releases Superstar Rajinikanth's '2.0' and Kamal-Shankar's 'Indian2' are both bankrolled by Lyca Productions which also has many other projects in the pipeline.   The latest buzz is that the cash strapped production house is joining hand with Mani Ratnam for his next.

Mani Ratnam has signed on a top notch cast for his multistarrer which includes Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Fazil, Simbu, Arvind Swamy, Aishwarya Rajesh and Jyothika with A.R. Rahman scoring the music.  The as yet untitled mega project begins shooting soon and it it learnt from relaible sources that Lyca would jointly produce with Madras Talkies.
