Vijay Sethupathi's hit film goes to Tollywood

Versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi's first release of 2016 was 'Sethupathi' which was one of the few commercially successful films which was also acclaimed by critics It was also the first film to feature Vijay Sethupathi as a cop and the Makkal Selvan portrayed the role with sheer aplomb.

The film's success gave a strong foothold for its director S.U. Arunkumar who earlier debuted 'Pannaiyarum Padminiyum' which had the same lead actor.

Now we learn from reliable sources that 'Sethupathi' will be remade in Telugu and the groundwork for the same has already begun. Ganta Ravi Teja the son of Arjun Srinivasa Rao, a famous politician in Andhra Pradesh will be making his debut as an actor with this remake flick.
