Vijay Sethupathi owns the records for starring in most number of film over the past few years and the current year too is no different as his 'Super Deluxe', 'Sindhubaadh', 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' and 'Maamanithan' will release one after the other. He is also shooting for films of Vijay Chander, S.P. Jananathan, Venkat Krishna Rohath and 'Sye Raa' in Telugu and 'Marconi' in Malayalam.

Vijay Sethupathi wrote the screenplay and dialogues for 'Oranga Mittai' and now he is doing the same for a new movie to be directed by Sanjeev the brother of Vikranth and cousin of Thalapathy Vijay. The film is a dual hero subject and close buddies Vikranth and Vishnu Vishal have joined hands.

Vishnu Vishal has confirmed the project stating "Finally ...together....with Vikranth...official announcement soon". Vikranth is currently starring in 'Bakrid', 'Suttupidikka Utharavu' and 'Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu 2' while Vishnu Vishal's lineup includes 'Jagajala Killadi' and 'Haathi Mera Saathi'.
