As we all know director Manikandan of 'kaaka muttai' fame is currently directing his 'Aandavan Kattalai' with VIjay Sethupathi in lead role. Rithika Singh who became an overnight sensation after the release of her debut film 'Irudhi Suttru' is acting as the female lead in this film.

While the shooting of the film has reached final stages there is immense curiosity among the film buffs to know what this film is all about Now we have some interesting information about the plot of the film.

The final leg of shooting is currently happening in a foreign embassy located in Chennai. When we inquired with sources close to the unit they revealed that the film deals with issues relating to getting a Passport in our country.

The source was swiftly added up that this will not be a serious film but an out and out entertainer.

The supporting cast of the film includes Nassar, Pooja Devaria, R.N.R.Manohar and Vela Ramamoorthy. K is handling the musical score while director Manikandan himself is cranking the camera. Anucharan the director and Editor of 'Kirumi' is working as the Editor of this film.
