We all know that Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha are acting together in the film '96', which is the debut directorial venture of Perm Kumar the cinematographer of 'Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom'.

In a recent interview, Vijay Sethupathi was showering praises for his co-star who has completed over 15 years in Tamil film industry as a heroine. The 'Dharmadurai' actor said that Trisha is so punctual in coming to the shooting spot everyday and she is also extremely dedicated to the profession and she gives her best in understanding the needs of the character and giving her best on the spot.

'96' is touted to be a romantic entertainer and it reportedly deals with the lead pair's love story in three different phases of life. The film is being produced by S.Nandagopal of Madras Enterprises banner. Govind Menon is providing music score for the film.
