Actor Vijay Sethupathi was last seen in Tamil in the Su Arunkumar directed Sindhubaadh which released after facing several financial issues and delays and the movie fell short of expectations. He was recently seen making his Malayalam debut with Marconi Mathaai.

The actor was shooting for his next movie Sanga Tamizhan which is directed by Sketch and Vaalu maker Vijay Chandar and produced by Vijaya Productions and the movie was being shot in Karaikudi. Now it has been revealed that with this schedule, the film has been wrapped.

The film's heroine Raashi Khanna shared photos from the last day of shoot on her social media handle, and announced that the movie has completed shoot. Sanga Tamizhan will have Vijay Sethupathi playing dual roles and also star Nivetha Pethuraj, Soori, Sriman, Asutosh Rana and many others.
