Vijay Sethupathi to team up with top Telugu hero for his blockbuster hit director

Vijay Sethupathi one of the if not the busiest leading hero in Tamil cinema is continuing to get on board interesting projects. He is currently shooting simultaneously for his milestone 50th film 'Maharaja' directed by Nithilan Swaminathan, a web series directed by Manikandan, a romantic comedy directed by Arumugakumar and a handful of Bollywood and other language projects.
The latest news is that VJS is in advanced stages of talks to star in a new movie directed by Buchi Babu Sana with Ram Charan Teja in the lead. It is worth mentioning that the young director made his debut in the blockbuster hit 'Uppenna' starring Vaishnave Tej and Krithi Shetty in the lead. The major highlight of the film was Vijay Sethupathi playing the father of the heroine as a deadly casteist villain.
Ram Charan during several interviews has stated that VJS is one of his favorite actors and since the latter also shares a good rapport with Buchi Babu Sana he is most likely to give his nod for the tentatively titled 'RC 17'. Sources also say that Isaipuyal A.R. Rahman will be scoring the music for the film bankrolled by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas banner.
