Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi is one of the busiest actors of Kollywood and is awaiting the release of Master, besides having an interesting lineup of movies like Tughlaq Durbar, Yaadhum Oore Yavarum Kelir and Kadaisi Vivasayi.

It was officially announced in 2019 that Vijay Sethupathi will play the lead in the biopic of legendary Sri Lankan spinner Muttiah Muralitharan which will be helmed by Sripathy Rangasamy, who had previously directed Kanimozhi.

This movie titled 800 will have music by the sensational young composer Sam CS and Rajisha Vijayan of Karnan fame is expected to play the female lead. Now it has been revealed that 800 will have cinematography by acclaimed cinematographer RD Rajasekhar. Rajasekhar is known for blockbuster movies like Minnale, Kaakha Kaakha, Manmadhan, Bheema, Imaikka Nodigal etc.
