'Sye Raa' actor Vijay Sethupathi continues to be in the news for all the big reasons. After bagging the Allu Arjun-Sukumar movie recently, he is doing a couple of big-ticket films in Kollywood. And finally, he may have bagged one of the biggest films in the making: 'Indian 2'.

Yes, Vijay Sethupathi may have been roped in to play the villain in 'Indian 2', which is directed by Shankar. In the recently concluded 'Kamal 60' event, Vijay revealed that he was approached for the film but could not accept due to his prior commitments. He also requested Kamal to give him a chance to act with him and learn from him.

Apparently, dates since have been adjusted to facilitate this terrific combo and he will start shooting from February 2020. It seems this has happened because Kamal will be taking rest for two months because of a recent surgery on his leg. Because of this rescheduling of 'Indian 2', Vijay is in.

As for the role, Vijay is said to be playing the antagonist in this Shankar-Kamal-Kajal Aggarwal-Siddharth-Rakul Preet movie.
