Vijay Sethupathi's new film with director K.V.Anand was launched yesterday amid much fanfare. But it seems the versatile actor will have to take a short break from Anand's unit to join 'Rekka' the film he has been shooting for since the past few months.

We learn from a reliable source that the team 'Rekka' will be moving to Pollachi next week for a brief schedule that will last for seven days. With this the talkie portions of this film directed by Rathna Siva will be over. After that, the team has planned a five day schedule in a foreign location to can the remaining two songs before wrapping up the shoot. The team is planning to bring the film to the theatres for Pooja holidays in October.

The film stars Lakshmi Menon as the female lead. D.Imman is doing the musical score for this film produced by B.Ganesh under Common Man Productions banner.
