Vijay Sethupathi is currently in Portugal to shoot his production venture 'Junga' directed by Gokul.  The team flew abroad in spite of the Kollywood strike which has brought the entire industry to a standstill.  The VJS camp states that they had applied for group visa and had paid all the location fees in advance and hence had no other option but to shoot there.  They had also apparently intimated the TFPC regarding their plight as they could not postpone their shoot any further.

It is said that many producers who had also planned their shooting in advance had stopped their work in concurrence with the council and they are demanding that strict action be taken against the 'Junga' team.  What the Producer Council will do will only be known after Vijay Sethupathi returns home.
