A few days back, it has been announced that the much expected audio launch of director Karthik Subbaraj's third film 'Iraivi' will happen on April 15. Now we have an interesting update about the theatrical release business of the film.

'Iraivi' has been produced by C.V.Kumar of Thirukumaran Entertainments, Abinesh Elangovan of Abi & Abi and K.E.Gnanavelraja of Studiogreen banners. The business for the theatrical distribution rights of the film have already begun.

KR Films and Skylark Movies have acquired the Tamil Nadu Theatrical distribution rights of the film. The two banners have earlier distributed director Sasi's 'Pichaikkaran' which has emerged as one of the most successful Tamil films of 2016.

We can expect the success streak of the distributors continue with 'Iraivi' also.

'iraivi' stars Vijay Sethupathi, Anjali, S.J.Suryah. Bobby Simha, Kamalini Mukharjee and Karunakaran in important roles. Santhosh Narayanan has rendered the musical score.
