The hottest announcement of the year came on Wednesday evening that Lokesh Kanagaraj is indeed directing Kamal Haasan's 232nd film tentatively titled 'Evanendru Ninaithai'. The film produced by Raj Kamal Films International will have a music score by Anirudh and will be shot entirely in South Tamil Nadu as it is a village-based gangster story.

Some sources are stating that 'Kamal Haasan 232' is actually a modified version of 'Thalaivar 169' which Lokesh Kanagaraj was supposed to make with Superstar Rajinikanth for RKFI but had to postpone it due to the coronavirus pandemic.

It is said that in 'Thalaivar 169' Kamal Haasan had a powerful role and now for 'Kamal Haasan 232' Lokesh has decided to approach Vijay Sethupathi for it. VJS already has expressed his dream to work with Kamal many times and also shares a strong rapport with Lokesh Kanagaraj having played the villain in his upcoming 'Master' starring Thalapathy Vijay.

'Kamal Haasan 232' aka 'Evenendru Ninaithai' is getting more and more exciting as the days go by and let's wait for the official confirmation regarding Vijay Sethupathi's involvement in it. The wait however will not take too long as the team is planning to shoot from mid October and all the details will come by then for sure.
