Vijay Sethupathi gives voice to Vaibhav

Vijay Sethupathi has crooned for a 'thara local' Chennai song in Vaibhav's next venture, which is being directed by Bhaskar (of 'Naalaya Iyakkunar' fame) and produced by Sundar C and Khushbhu.
The pulsating number, composed by Siddharth Vipin and penned by new lyricist Prabha, was recorded in Chennai recently and it is said to have come out well.
"When we conceived the idea of this song, the name that immediately struck my mind was Vijay Sethupathi's, since he is very good at Chennai slang. When we approached him with the idea, he readily came forward to sing," says Siddharth Vipin.
The film, set in the backdrop of north Chennai, is said to be a horror comedy. Shooting is going on in full swing.
