A couple of days back we had reported that versatile actor Vijay Sethupathi was severely injured while shooting a stung scene for his upcoming film 'Dharmadurai' in a suburb locality of Madurai. The actor got injured near his eyes which became red and swollen.

The actor was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. The doctors advised him to take rest as a surgery may be required if things did not get well within a few days. However Vijay Sethupathi did not want to spend more time in hospital and he returned to the shooting spot on the same day after getting treated in the hospital. His primary concern was to complete the shooting without any delay.

The entire team of 'Dharmadurai' captained by the director Seenu Ramasamy is amazed by Vijay Sethupathi's extra ordinary commitment to his profession.

The film stars Tamannah. Aishwarya Rajesh. Shrushti Danger and Sshivada as female leads. Musical score has been rendered by Yuvan Shankar Raja for this film produced by R.K.Suresh under the Studio 9 banner.
