Kamal, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahaad Faasil characters in ‘Vikram’ revealed?

The talk of the town in Kollywood currently is Kamal Haasan’s new movie ‘Vikram’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj which is turning out to be a much bigger multistarrer than previously envisioned.  A few weeks back Mollywood superstar Fahaad Faasil himself confirmed on a video interview that he has bagged a dream character in the film and is excited to share screen space with Kamal.

We already broke the news to you that Vijay Sethupathi was in talks to star as the chief antagonist in ‘Vikram’ but there was difficulty in accommodating dates for the project since he has more than a dozen films in hand.  Now reliable sources say that the issues are sorted out and VJS is on board the much-expected film.

There are polarized reports about the characters that the top most rated heroes are playing in ‘Vikram’.  One is that Kamal is playing an aged cop who has to protect a witness played by Antony Varghese from the gangster played by Vijay Sethupathi.  The same sources added that Fahaad Faasil plays a corrupt cop who helps Vijay Sethupathi.

Other reports opine that actually Fahaad Faasil in the main villain in ‘Vikram’ and Vijay Sethupathi plays Kamal Haasan’s assistant and will appear throughout the film with the legendary actor.  

Knowing Kamal and Lokesh Kanagaraj we can safely say that the character’s design of all the stars including Fahaad and VJS will be something special and what exactly they are going to be will be known only when the ‘Vikram’ hits the screens.  The shooting is expected to begin as soon as the COVID 19 pandemic situation gets under control.
