It was announced recently that the 2017 hit Maanagaram which was the debut movie of director Lokesh Kanagaraj is getting a Bollywood remake and that this movie is directed by cinematographer Santhosh Sivan.
Last week it was announced that this movie has been titled Mumbaikar and stars Vikrant Massey, Sanjay Mishra, Tanya Maniktala, Sachin khedekar, Hridhay Haroon and many others.
Mumbaikar also marks the Bollywood debut of Vijay Sethupathi, and it has been revealed that Vijay Sethupathi will be playing the interesting, humorous character played by Munishkanth in the original.
