Here is a quixotic situation for the talented actor and good human being Vijaya Raghavendra. Firstly he has not changed his name but people around him in two films kept on calling Raghanna`. That has actually put him in a fix. That is because his paternal aunt Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar son is Raghavendra Rajakumar and he is called as Raghanna` for quite a long time. On the sets of Chowka` and in Happy New Year` the co artists calling him as Raghanna` put him in fix. He had told clearly that he has not reached the stage and age of Raghanna` that is Raghavendra Rajakumar. Yet his colleagues call him as Raghanna` for that Vijaya Raghavendra respond without disobeying.

Vijaya Raghavendra is a police constable in Happy New Year`. He had worked in Pannagabharana father TS Nagabharana direction for two films Chinnari Muththa and Kallarali Hoovagi`. He had seen the shades of sharpness of father in Pannagabharana. I am in a thankless job of constable. This role is in fact a tribute to the police. It is so intense and emotional. Vijaya Raghavendra is very hopeful of good results for the film.
