Vijay Raghavendra in 'Ganesha' sequel

Talented actor Vijaya Raghavendra is the new addition to 'Ganesha' sequel. The first one was started by director Phani Ramachandra starring versatile actor Ananthnag in 'Ganeshana Galate'. He then moved on to sequels like 'Ganeshana Madhu, Gowri Ganesha, Ganesha Subramanya' and the young Ganesha Sunadraj (also called as Gururajkumar) came up through 'Ganesha I Love You'. All of them were directed by Ganesha brand director Phani Ramachandra.

Now Vijaya Raghavendra plays the lead in 'Matthe Bandha Ganesha' (this also suits the director Phani Ramachandra who is back after a long exile) and once again Ananthnag is playing important role in this film. Another film in the title 'Ganesha' starring Jaggesh directed by Dinesh Baboo that is all set for release also star Ananthnag in a key role.

Whoever might change but Ananthnag is a common factor in all kinds of 'Ganesha' title films.

For Phani Ramachandra's 'Matthe Bandha Ganesha' S.A.Chinne Gowda father of Vijaya Raghavendra is the producer. The last film Chinne Gowda produced was 'Sevanthi Sevanthi' (Vijaya Raghavendra and Ramya) that was successful at the box office. Hamsalekha scores music for this Ganesha sequel.

The song recording pooja was held at Akash Recording studio on Monday morning. Kaviraj, Jayanth Kaikini, V.Manohar and Hamsalekha have written the six songs for the film. Police officer B.K.Shivaram, Chinne Gowda, S.A.Govindaraj, HD Gangaraj, Vasudevamurthy, Navayuga Mohan Rao, Vikram of Jagadale group attention the song recording muhurut.

The shooting will commence on 15th September and in one schedule the film will be completed in Bangalore and Thirthahalli. Vishal Hegde, Neethu, Komalkumar, Sharan are in the supporting roles.
