Tamil superstar Vijay's fans have been wishing that he enters politics and makes a change. In his first TV interview in 10 years, the 'Sarkar' actor has suggested that he is ready to respect fans' sentiment if the need be.
“Today my fans want me to be Thalapathy (the movie star). If tomorrow they want me to be Thalaivan (leader), so be it," the 'Bigil' and 'Master' actor said, sounding much like Chiranjeevi and Rajinikanth in the past.
In his interview, he almost deified his father SA Chandraksehar, with whom he allegedly developed political differences a couple of years ago. “The only difference between God and the father is, we can’t see God but we can see our father,” Vijay said. Everything is well between the father-son duo.
The 'Thupaki' actor awaits the release of 'Beast' on April 13. Directed by Nelson, its music is by Anirudh Ravichander. Pooja Hegde is its heroine.
