Vijay on Dangal type film, it is desi Kusthi

The famous sports in Karnataka Kusthi' also known as Malla Yudda' is not regularly touched in the cinema. In the films of Dr Rajakumar the wrestling style was seen. In a full fledge cinema like in Dangal' the similar subject very popular in Karnataka state has attracted action hero Vijay and director R Chandru.
Malla Yudda or Kusti' as sports is part of the Dasara Festival. To take up such a role it requires preparation of one year says Dhuniya Vijay.
Dhuniya Vijay enthusiasm to play the role has impressed R Chandru and he has asked him to put on weight and strengthen the muscles further.
Meanwhile Dhuniya Vijay has to complete Johny Johny Yes Paapa' film in Preetham Gubbi direction and after that he has accepted a film for director Mahesh Sukhadhare.
The combination of Dhuniya Vijay and R Chandru with Dangal' type of cinema in Kannada will start only in middle of next year.
