Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently working with AR Murugadoss in 'Kaththi' and sources say that the budget for this film is 70 crores! After Kaththi Vijay will be acting in Simbudevan's film says the same sources.

Vijay, Shruti Haassan and Hansika will be appearing in lead roles in this film of Simbudevan and Kannada actor Sudeep will be the villain for these protagonists. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director and the producer for this yet to be named film is PT Selvakumar. This film is to be a yesteryear film about Royalty, the usual Simbudevan genre indeed. This film is in the style of 'Mgadheera', the superhit Telugu film. The first of five schedule shoots for this film is to begin this November in Kerala. Later the shooting will move on to Mysore, Tamil Nadu, North India and then abroad. Vijay has allocated 500 days of the call sheet for this film alone and it is said that 100 crores is the budget for this movie!
