‘Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuththu’ has become the trending word all over the web and across the state. Apart from being a straightforward adult entertainer as touted by the makers, director Santhosh P Jayakumar’s film also seems to have created a debate around the issue.
While many leading personalities of the film space have been voicing out their angst pertaining to this, director Vijay Milton of ‘Goli Soda’ fame is the latest to jump the bandwagon. Vijay Milton in a video that he shared, says that his initial reaction after the sneak peak was that the film shouldn’t run at all.
While noting the fact that the makers unabashedly promoted it as an adult entertainer, the director also admittedly feels that it would lead to a lackadaisickal nature among filmmakers resulting in a lot of movies like this. He also stated that after the discount of taxes by the government, it didn’t matter if it was a U certificate movie or an A certificate movie.
“I don’t know what to do other than taking a tissue paper and wiping my tears,” Vijay Milton ended his passioned monologue.
