While lakhs of fans are eagerly awaiting the audio release of Ilayathalabathi` Vijay`s upcoming film Puli`, here comes great news about the audio launch event.

As we had reported earlier grand arrangements are underway in a posh resort in ECR road for the mass audio launch event of this Chimbudevan directed historical fantasy flick on Sunday (August 2). The music album of the film has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the Yendi Yendi` track`s promo that released last week has taken the expectation on the music album to an all new level.

In the press meet held on Wednesday, the director Chimbudevan was non committal in letting out the names of celebrity guests who would grace the audio launch function.

But we have get some reliable information that Vijay himself has invited Mahesh Babu and Tollywood`s veteran and superstar Chiranjeevi for the audio launch. It is also said that Mahesh Babu has happily accepted Vijay`s invitation while Chiranjeevi is yet to give any commitment of visit.

Meanwhile Mahesh Babu will be in Chennai on today for the audio launch of Tamil version of his Selvanthan` (dubbed version of his upcoming Telugu film) Srimanthudu`. Will Vijay grace the function? We will be knowing the answer in a few hours from now.
