The recent sleeper hit Uriyadi` has brought accolades to its hero cum producer-director Vijay Kumar, who has made a slick thriller with very minimum budget and resources. As it is common knowledge that the censor effected many cuts to the film even after giving A` certificate.

There has been much demand in the social media circles and also industry people to view the uncut version of Uriyadi`. In an exclusive interview with us Vijay Kumar has revealed that he had the footage of the entire film in his first floor office in Jafferkhanpet when the December 1 super storm flooded the building up to the second floor and everything was lost. The young director had to assemble his cut from the copy that was with Prasad Labs. Looks like a great loss for film enthusiasts but however Vijay Kumar is busy scripting his next and the only info he parts about it is that it will be a hit movie.
