Ilayathalapathy Vijay is presently busy with his landmark 60th film as an actor. The yet to be titled film directed by Bharathan of 'Azhagiya Tamil Magan' fame has been progressing as per the plan and is nearing completion.

Now we learn from a reliable source that a new schedule of 'Vijay 60' has started and progressing in Rajeev Gandhi Salai (OMR), Chennai. Some combination scenes between the lead pair Vijay and Keerthy Suresh are being shot in this schedule which will go on till this Sunday (August 21).

The shooting of 'Vijay 60' produced by Vijaya Productions banner is expected to be wrapped up by the end of September and the theatrical release has been planned for Pongal 2017. Santhosh Narayanan is rendering the musical score for this mega project.
