The stage is all set for the grand release of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 60th film 'Bairavaa' on January 12 and that will mark the start for the grand Pongal 2017 weekend in Kollywood box office.

Vijay films have a huge market in overseas locations such as USA, UK, Malaysia and Singapore. In the recent years Tamil films of big stars like Vijay are also releasing in many other foreign locations that were unknown territory for Tamil films until a few years.

A step ahead in this direction, 'Bairavaa' will be releasing on a grand scale in Germany. Trade sources say that the film directed by Bharathan will be releasing in at least 20 locations in Germany, which is a big release for a Tamil film in the country and also the highest ever for a Vijay starrer.

We hope 'Bairavaa' will create many more records in terms of number of screens and also the Box office collections.
