Ilayathalapathy Vijay's 'Bairavaa' will be hitting the screens in less than three days from now. The film directed by Bharathan promises to be a sumptuous Pongal treat for Thalapathy fans as well as Tamil movie buffs.

The advance bookings started on Sunday (January 8) and the tickets for the first few days got completely sold out within a few hours. The film will be releasing in a record number of screens across Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu.

'Bairavaa' the 60th film of Vijay has been creating new records much before its release. The latest one is that the film will be releasing in as many as 55 countries across the world with many new additions.

The foreign distributor of the film produced by Vijaya Producitons banner has confirmed that the film will be releasing in around 55 countries and the list includes countries like Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania, Botswana, Congo and Ukraine. Alabania, Mexico. Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Mascow which are entirely new markets for Tamil films.

That is really huge and we can be assured that the film will set a new benchmark in opening collections within and outside India.
