It is a given fact that Vijay is an all class star commanding a huge star power in A, B, C centres across Tamil Nadu. The first day performance of 'Bairavaa' has strongly registered this fact yet again.

The film has took a fantastic opening in down south and western belts of Tamil Nadu.

In Tirunelveli and Kanyakumari referred as TK in film distribution circles, 'Bairavaa' has collected Rs.80 lakhs on its first day. In the Central Tamil Nadu districts such as Trichy and Tanjore (TT) the film's collection has exceeded Chennai with the figure jumping above a marvellous Rs.1.6 crores.

If you are already gasping in amazement, wait a moment; the big number is yet to come. 'Bairavaa' has registered a first day collection of Rs.1.7 crores in Salem distribution area.
