A clash between Vijay and Vikram?

It is common knowledge that Illayathalapathy Vijay and Chiyaan Vikram are great friends and there is even an unconfirmed buzz doing the rounds for some time now that director Shankar's next film after 2.0'will have both of them in the lead roles.
Vikram's next film Garuda' directed by Thiru with Kajal Agarwal as the leading lady is set to begin in July and the team has planned to finish it in one stretch eyeing a Pongal 2016 release. Similarly the Illayathalapathy-Keerthi Suresh starrer Vijay 60' is also said to have locked the same date making it the clash of the buddies in 2017. The duo's films Tamizhan' & Gemini' and Sivakasi' & Maja' have previously locked horns at the box office with one of them emerging the winner each time and it will be interesting to see what happens this time.
