Interesting! Period portions in 'Thalapathy 61'

As we had reported earlier the shooting of Ilayathalapathy VIjay's yet to be titled 61st film to be directed by Atlee will commence in the first week of February in Chennai.

Now we learn that the film will go on floors on February first schedule will be shot in Chennai Airport, Binny Mills and a popular studio

As the film will be predominantly shot in USA and a few other countries it is said that the shoot will shift to abroad locations in Summer.

A source also adds that 'Thalapathy 61' story will have periodportions set in 1980s. That will be pretty interesting for sure.
