Buzz is that actor Vijay's father and producer of Aathi, S A Chadrasekharan has decided to compensate the losses suffered by the movie halls by releasing the film in their theatres.

It may be recalled that the theatre owners had screened the movie paying a huge sum. Unfortunately the movie slated for Pongal release was delayed by a day resulting huge losses for them.

Initial attempts by the theatre owners to contact S A Chandrasekharan to get their loss compensated failed. Hence they issued a red card on Vijay and decided not to release his movies in future until the issue is sorted out.

It is now learnt from reliable sources that Chandrasekharan has decided to bear the loss. Sources close to the Tamilnadu Exhibitor Association said the details of the money to be paid back by SAC would be arrived at very soon.
