'Maharshi' maker Vamshi Paidipally's movie with Thalapathy Vijay has gone on the floors. Its regular shoot has begun. The Telugu-Tamil bilingual has Rashmika Mandanna as the heroine.
Producers Dil Raju and Shirish today said that SS Thaman will be setting the songs to tune. Written by the 'Maharshi' pair Hari and Ashishor Solomon, the untitled entertainer is co-produced by Harshith Reddy and Sri Hanshitha.
With editing by KL Praveen, the film has story and screenplay co-written by Paidipally himself. Vivek is penning additional dialogues and screenplay. Karthick Palani of Keerthy Suresh's 'Penguin' fame is on board to crank the camera. He has also worked on Prabhas' yet-to-be-released 'Adipurush'. Sunil Babu and Vaishnavi Reddy, who have worked on a number of commercials, are on board to do production design. Deepali Noor of 'Sarrainodu' and 'Son Of Satyamurthy' fame is taking care of costumes.
The film will likely hit the screens later this year.
Vijay's 'Beast', co-starring Pooja Hegde, will hit the screens on April 13. Directed by Nelson, its music is by Anirudh Ravichander.
