Back in May, it was reported that 'World Famous Lover' actor Vijay Deverakonda was undergoing training for motorcycle racing. The training was for 'Hero', one of his upcoming movies. Directed by Anand Annamalai, it is produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

The news is that the much-delayed project is very much back in the news. The 'Dear Comrade' actor will start shooting for his portions from next month. His scenes with female lead Malavika Mohanan (of 'Peta' fame) will also be shot later this year. Deverakonda, whose maiden production venture 'Meeku Maatrame Cheptha' will release on November 1, will be seen as a bike racer in this entertainer. His heroine is playing a musician.

Music is by Pradeep Kumar. The film will be made in all south Indian languages.
