It was a special moment in Goa when Nandamuri Balakrishna dropped by at the set of 'Liger'. Since 'Akhanda' has also been shot in Goa, the 'Simha' actor chilled out on the sets of the Puri Jagannadh directorial.

The star guest warmed the hearts of VD, Puri as well as Charmme, who is one of the producers of the action thriller. "We were elated on his visit. We have been canning huge action blocs on set," the makers said, revealing that the 'Legend' actor gave a pat on the back of the producers for mounting 'Liger' on a grand scale. He also appreciated them for making the pan-India movie on a huge scale. What is more, Balayya had nice words for VD's look.

With martial arts as the backdrop, 'Lige'r has Ananya Pandey romancing the lead man. Produced by Puri Connects and Dharma Productions, its stunts are by Kencha. Cinematography is by  Vishnu Sarma. To be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam, it has Ramya Krishnan and Ronit Roy in key roles.
