Vijay Deverakonda on Saturday shared his bits of a day in lockdown. #BeTheRealMan challenge has just been made more interesting by the 'Dear Comrade' and 'Fighter' actor with a touching message towards the end of a more than 3-minute-long video.

"I used to sleep for just six hours (since 2015) before the lockdown. But now, I sleep for nine and a half hours," Deverakonda says in writing.

Besides re-using wine bottles as water bottles, the Rowdy drinks one litre of water first thing every morning. He then takes an old cover and makes it into a bin cover. He is seen making mango ice-cream for his father, mother and younger brother ('Dorasaani' actor Anand Deverakonda).

"It's not a crisis when I am with the people who love me the most on the planet. Thinking and praying for those who are not. Help each other out by keeping your belongings clean and by staying cheerful," the actor adds.

He has nominated his 'Mahanati' co-star Dulquer Salmaan for the challenge.
