During the ongoing promotions of 'Dear Comrade', a reporter has asked Rashmika Mandanna about her break-up with Sandalwood director Rakshit Shetty.  Although it's almost a 10-month-old issue, the 'Geetha Govindam' actress continues to be asked about her personal life as if it is the latest happening.

This time, Vijay Deverakonda took it upon himself to hit back at the report.  "I don't even understand your question.  It is no one's business.  How is it anyone's business," the actor said, silencing the reporter.  

"It is such a long question for me to understand it," said Rashmika soon after her co-star.

One agrees with the argument that it's no one's business. But it is also true that it was not Deverakonda's business to answer on behalf of Rashmika.
