Just recently, VD's exploits were in the news over 'Liger'. The 'Liger Glimpse' generated a whopping 16 million views in 24 hours. It goes without saying that it became the most-viewed glimpse in the first 24-hour period in India.

VD awaits the release of 'Liger' this August 25. That is his 10th movie. 'Kushi', starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu as the co-star, is his 11th movie. Puri Jagannadh-directed 'Jana Gana Mana' is his 12th outing. All these films will be released in a span of just one year, with the last of these hitting the screens in August 2023.
