Vijay Deverakonda wants to nip online abuse and fan wars in his name in the bud. Taking to Twitter, the 'Arjun Reddy' and 'Geetha Govindam' sensation has urged his fans not to indulge in a war of words with anybody.
"As we grow in numbers, it's time we set our own rules. We are young and can make this change - You and Me," he begins saying. "We are causing change - be it cinema, be it lifestyle, be it our RowdyCulture or be it an attitude to be ourselves. It's time we set a trend for social media positivity," he notes.
"So many of you lovingly put my pictures as your DP, but I see you in war of words with others. I wouldn't do that, so shouldn't you, I know it can hard but I have got till wherever I have got by working on myself and my life, I don't bother about another. Live and let live," he says.
"So even if hated, let's just wish everyone well and let's be happy. You have nothing to worry, I will always give you Good Films, Good Clothes, and so much more. I don't want to see any online abuse - full chill and love," Deverakonda signs off.
His 'NOTA' will hit the screens on Oct 5.
