Tharun Bhascker, the director of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame, was on the field to campaign for the ruling TRS.  He has revealed it on Instagram.

Saying that there his family has had several individuals in the field of politics, Tharun writes that he never understood why his family members have always gone through all of that for years.  "They have made great sacrifices personally, working towards social causes.  During my 'pracharam' recently, I personally witnessed the lives they have changed.  I realized that the amount of affection they receive makes it (being in politics) all worthwhile.  We are just one big family.  Time to vote for the Car," the director says.

'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' is Tharun's second film.  His characters are known for speaking in authentic Telangana language.
