The team of 'Pushpaka Vimanam' has started promoting the movie, which will hit the screens on November 12. Since Vijay Deverakonda's father is one of its producers, the 'Liger' actor is involved in the promotions. The 'Arjun Reddy' actor has done a colourful interview with his younger brother Anand Deverakonda, who is the male lead of the romantic entertainer.
The interview was fun because the 'Geetha Govindam' and the 'Middle Class Melodies' actors shared a lot of interesting anecdotes from their childhood. Vijay revealed that Anand, as a child, was pampered to the point where he would feel slighted. "We used to play cricket often. And even when Anand was out, my father would argue that he wasn't. I would scream that it was a clear wicket but Anand would continue to bat," Vijay said as his younger brother laughed.
"A lot of bonding happened and we are so close. We were into a boarding school," Vijay said, while Anand added that his brother was always there to protect him from bullies at the school.
Vijay confessed that drama and trouble would come mostly from his actions. "When I was in 7th Class, the teachers at the school told me to go away from the boarding school," the 'World Famous Lover' actor revealed. Anand chipped in and said that he didn't get admission into a hostel after the SSC exams because of his brother's poor image. Even by then, everyone knew that Vijay was an aspiring actor.
Vijay then confessed that he has always been shaky in relationships. "I can't give time for a relationship. I can't nurture a relationship. There is a time for that. I can't do it now. All my life goes into what I do, the dreams I have. Anand is better at handling relationships. He will make a good husband. I think he is going to get married before me," Vijay said.
