Vijay misses Pongal Holiday to finish 'Theri' on time

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is quite busy these days as he has been shooting for director Atlee's 'Theri' for the past several months. The shooting of this film produced by Kalaipuli.S. Thanu is fast nearing completion.
Meanwhile we learn from a source that the 'Theri' unit, inlcuding Vijay did not take leave even on Pongal festival that passed last week. Vijay celebrated Pongal along with the 'Theri' team in set erected in Chennai to shoot a song.
Vijay reportedly danced for a song wearing a vesthi and white shirt and a cap on the Pongal day. The song shoot has been completed now and with this the shooting has been almost wrapped up.
'Theri' starring Vijay, Samantha and Amy Jackson in lead roles is expected to hit the screens on April 14 2016.
