Vijay calls Suriya

Suriya is basking in the praises he is receiving for the intense performance in dual roles in Massu Engira Masssilamani'. It is common knowledge that Vijay and Suriya are friends from college days itself and also shared screen space in two films as well as a documentary.
Suriya during the promo work of Massu' in Kerala spoke about how Vijay had such a huge following in Kerala during Friends' days itself. It comes as no surprise that Vijay who had seen Massu' was very much impressed with Suriya's performance and immediately called his friend and congratulated him. Nice show of solidarity from Tamil Cinema's two biggest stars.
