Samantha gets a 'Theri' pat on the back from Vijay

Illayathalapathy is known for appreciating his costars and even performances from other hero's films and the latest to catch his eyes is none other than his Kaththi' and Theri' pair Samantha.
Samantha plays a powerful role in Theri' directed by Atlee and in one long sequence the pretty actress was supposed to give both subtle expressions as well as emote and the whole unit applauded when she got it perfectly. As soon as the shot was over, Vijay rushed to her side, shook hands with her and congratulated her much to Samantha's delight who later on gushed about her hero's magnanimity to one and all.
