Vijay Antony updates his current health status and expresses his gratitude towards the fans!

Music composer and actor Vijay Antony met with a severe accident earlier during the filming of his upcoming film ‘Pichaikkaran 2’. After suffering a boat accident in the shooting spot in Langkawi, Malaysia, the busy actor got treatment in hospitals in Malaysia and Chennai.

A few days ago, Vijay Antony posted a thumbs-up photo on his social media page and revealed that he has gone through surgeries on his nose and jaw. Today, he took to his Twitter page to share his current health status with the fans and added that he will resume shooting for films soon. Vijay Antony’s tweet read:

“Loving hearts

I am 90% cured.

My broken jaw and nose bones have joined together.

I don’t know what, I feel happier now than ever because of you

I will start the work of Pichaikaran 2 from today which will release in April

Thanks for the love” (sic).

‘Pichaikkaran 2’ marks the directorial debut of Vijay Antony and he also composes music for the movie. The much-awaited film is the sequel to his 2016 blockbuster directed by Sasi. Produced by Vijay Antony Film Corporation, the film also stars Kavya Thapar, Yogi Babu, John Vijay, Ajay Ghosh, Hareesh Peradi, YG Mahendran and others.
