Vijay Antony was recently injured while shooting for 'Bicchagadu 2' ('Pichaikkaran 2' in Tamil) in Malaysia. The news is that the multi-talented Kollywoodian today revealed that he is on a path to recovery after undergoing a major surgery. He had a severe jaw and nose injury to rectify which a major surgery was recently performed on him. He thanked everyone for their concern for his health.

"Dear friends, I am safely recovered from a severe jaw and nose injury during 'Pichaikkaran 2' shoot in Malaysia. I just completed a major surgery. I will talk to you all as soon as possible. Thank you for all your support and concern for my health," the actor tweeted on Tuesday.

'Tamilarasan', 'Agni Siragugal', 'Kolai', 'Ratham', 'Mazhai Pidikka Manithan' and 'Valli Mayil' are among his upcoming movies. 'Kolai' (titled 'Hatya' in Telugu) will release soon.
