Following the announcement from Archana Kalpathi of AGS Entertainment about the first look and title release of ‘Thalapathy 63’ ahead of the star’s birthday, Ajith and Vijay fans have gotten into a nasty fight on Twitter. Tomorrow being Thalapathy’s birthday, Vijay fans all around the world have begun the celebrations for their ‘Thalaivaa’ uploading videos and sharing their wishes.
In order to add to the festivities, the film’s first look will be released today and the second look tomorrow, a special day which marks Vijay’s 45th birthday. After the long-awaited update, the excited actor’s fans began to trend the hashtag ‘#ThalapathyBDayCDP’ on Twitter with a common DP being released by director AR Murugadoss. Unfortunately, some Ajith fans started competing with a horrible tweet '#June22VijayDeathDay.' Vijay fans, however, did not stoop low this time and they responded with dignity saying ‘#LongLiveAJITH.’
There have been similar exchanges between the actors’ fans in the past with both sides being quite mean. On several occasions, the stars have requested their fans not to get into such battles with each other and to give and take respect. The fights have not ended yet however and seem to continue in a vicious cycle. Things do seem to be improving however with some sections of both actors' fans being dignified. This gives one hope that such unwanted fan wars will die down in the future. Till then, ignore negativity and also, to prove your loyalty to one person you don't need to humiliate another.
